Our room had a huge window where we could watch the sunset from the bed. The stuff welcomed us warmly with a cold towel and a drink. The hotel manager was friendly and available for us to give advice and make sure the team make arrangements for us for dinner and clubs every night. The service was excellent!! The breakfast was delicious and everyone was so happy to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and the pool in our room was amazing, with a view to the ocean. It was a great vacation and we will definitely come back again

Erittäin kaunis hyvässä kunnossa oleva hiljainen hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Biitsi on hotellin edessä ja vanhaan kaupunkiin kävelee muutamassa minuutissa. Kauppa lähellä. I didn' t think that the perfect hotel existed but it does. This room is everything that you will need. The location of kivotos has one of the best views in town. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!.Thank you Kivotos for my wonderful stay

The hotel was beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable, the location was great, beautiful, crystal clear water and friendly service. We were even able to have a couples massage inside our own hotel room. We loved the direct access from the room via the terrace to the pool/beach/restaurant area. Due to the small size of the hotel, we felt like home as everyone of the staff immediately knew who we were and that we were hotel guests, as opposed to day-visitors.

very kind stuff . amazing breakfast. the beach costs 20 euro for the hotel gusts and you get 2 sun beds, umbrella towels and fruits . the beach is one of my favourite in the island . the stuff clean up our room (twice!) a day which is fantastic. very recommended don’t hesitate

near the beach with complimentary towels and sunbeds, wide variety breakfast, nice pools/hot tub. one of the pools has a shallow area (like a lounging area) that small kids could play in, but it was cold when we were there, so they spent some time in the hot tub. it’s near the bus stop to go into town. comfortable beds, panoramic view.

This hotel is without doubt the best in Mykonos. Room size is very big, amenities on point and facilities top-notch. It really has value for money. We did a wedding at the hotel closeby in May 28th and decided to come to Anax in June to relax. We were not disappointed at all. It exceeded expectations.
